I have never been so excited to write a review on someone as I am to write a review on Manuel Vargas. Mr. Vargas has mastered the art of customer service, which seems to be lost in today's society. He was contacted after I was able to witness one of his many YouTube videos (which are very educational). Unfortunately for Manuel, I had a very disappointing experience with a previous realtor. Therefore, I requested to interview him in an effort to make sure that he would be someone I could work with. I was blown away by his ability to answer my questions and any concerns I had while he educated me on the process in a way that I could comprehend and feel confident while moving forward. Once we began working together, it was evident that he committed himself to ensuring his client (me) was satisfied.
He laid out a plan of action that was executed effortlessly. He helped me to understand the competition as well as the overall market in the area. He provided supporting documentation that would support his strategy, and as a result, we agreed on a price point that was not only fair but also helped me to get the house sold within 3 days.
In addition, he communicated every step of the process, which is a far cry from the previous realtor.
